His work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, and he has been quoted in publications ranging from Money Magazine to Investment News. The Mississippi Business Journal has named him one of the top lawyers in the state.
In addition to trial work, he advises third-party service providers on data protection and cybersecurity issues. He maintains certifications in U.S. privacy law (CIPP/US), privacy program management (CIPM(IAPP)), and network security (CompTIA Security+). He holds a B.A. from the University of Alabama, and a J.D. from the Mississippi College School of Law. He has presented discussions on arbitration, mediation, technology and privacy implementation, emerging security threats, and the ethics of technology.
